Our bi-monthly interior & exterior treatment programs target common Arizona pests such as Scorpions, Ants, Cockroaches, Termites, and more, to eliminate and prevent infestations before they occur.

Our Bi-Monthly service comes along with a 1 year service contract.
Please note the following information regarding this policy.
- If you’re moving within our service area, there is no fee to transfer your services to your new home.
- Active military personnel may cancel the service agreement upon receipt of active transfer papers.
- Need to push a payment? Not a problem! We will put your account on hold for up to 30 days!
- Need to cancel? No problem. As stated in the contract agreement, early cancellation of our contract can be done with a one-time early cancellation fee of $99.
